Plastics 2021 introduces access to the material database before project creation and adds nearly 400 materials with updated classifications. The mesher improves runner realism using tetrahedral and prism elements. New process enhancements include ABA sequencing, delayed injections and a multi‑material overmoulding workflow supporting up to six materials. Boundary conditions, materials, cooling channels and runners can now be fully defined on geometry before meshing, enabling flexible design scenarios.
