Our vision to bring
truly sustainable aircraft
into the aviation world is one
that's really connected with our partners
in Dassault Systèmes and TriMech.
We together, the toolsets
and the processes,
the digital enablers
of our design world will help us unlock
benefits for our customers
and more sustainable delivery and
operations in future aviation services.
So everything is ever changing and we're
really on board to try and support
that We want to be supporting and actually
innovating these these industries to
to actually bring together
cleaner air travel.
This partnership supports our mission
by bringing world leading digital tools
and digital environments
into our world
to enable us to move faster through design
now sustainably tie into everything
that we're doing right from the start
and support our aircraft better
for our customers when they're in service.
Dassault
Systèmes mission is to really help
aerospace and defence companies
unleash sustainable innovation.
So the main reason
why we wanted to participate
in that project is that hybrid vehicle
project is really transformative
innovation into sustainable aviation.
Dassault Systèmes will be providing
virtual twin experience technology
to hybrid vehicle in order to help them
design, manufacture, simulate
and even operate their aircraft into
the virtual world even before it flies.
Is something flies today?
There is a 100% chance
that our solutions have been involved
into the design, the manufacturing
or the simulation of that project.
So we are really invested
into the future of aviation
and of course, toward a more sustainable
future.
TriMech
is a great partner and associate
and they know our technology very well
and they will be the right partner
for hybrid
air vehicle to actually harness
the technology and make it a real success.
So haveing
started So they've produced an aircraft
a couple of years ago
which they test flights.
What we know about that
aircraft is, is it was designed
within the SolidWorks portfolio.
What we're now doing is we're coming
to an engineering of the aircraft.
Within the engineering,
we have to have full configuration control
of the aircraft to change management,
the routes to certification
and as they're looking to
to fulfill their order books.
So the progress of this is now moving on
from from the startup to the SolidWorks,
but moving into a platform
that can really hold all that
data, the key information,
the certification process,
everything that we can bring together
from configuration control
and looking at a real end
to end from the requirements,
some of the customer changes for
for all these different aircraft.
So we're able to support all that
through the 3D experience platform
and it's really going to help
speed up the routes to engineering
the aircraft, not just designing it.
The aviation, as we know
today is ever changing, that there's
there's a goal by the UK government.
And with that goal
we're trying to make the air cleaner.
We're trying to help the whole world
in changing how we fly today
with traditional propulsion engines.
Hybrids are absolutely innovating
how we're going to be flying in the future
and using these green fossil fuels
as we know today.
I'm really trying to make something
which is very unique,
but giving us an experience
like we've never seen
before.
Dassault and TriMech together.
Provide us with a set of tools and
the ability for us to engineer our future
and see the future more clearly
so that we make the right steps as we go.
And we feel very much
that it's a really good partnership.
So for us, the
3D experience platform,
it has so many tools
that help us in the different phases
of what we need to do.
So there are tools
that help in the initial design,
and they're traditional tools that
many companies may have used in the past.
But by putting all these tools together,
it allows our design engineers to think
about operation, think about maintenance,
think about the sustainable approach
to the whole operation of the aircraft.
But to think about that
at the early design phase.
So part of our route to a zero emissions
aircraft is to use hydrogen as a fuel.
Previously, tools to help us do that
design have not been available.
But one of the key things with Dassault 3D
experience platform
is its transition to helping designers
utilize and understand
how to use hydrogen
as a fuel for the future.
