Speaker 1: I'm Howard Bradfield and I'm leading the rollout of the Dassault Systemes startup program. The startup offer is aimed at startup businesses, but not just people that are in the embryonic phase. So these are companies that are anywhere under five years old, anywhere under 5 million pounds worth of revenue or 5 million pounds worth of funding. And typically up to 20 individuals. So quite big companies are included in that businesses that have gone through a growth phase. The startup program is based around the Dasso 3d experience, and that includes access to world-class CAD tools SOLIDWORKS, Catia, it includes access to a fully functioning PLM, and it includes access to a range of other tools alongside that, including simulation publishing, time management, business process management, that the important aspect of all of that is that they can start off embryonic and start off with a very small date of the business when it's small. And as the business grows, those tools can be added. In year one they can be added at a very, very low cost. And as the business grows, those costs reflect the value that those tools bring. So typically a lot of these tools are high value and they're high value in terms of the explicit benefits they bring to business. So if you take the high-end simulation tools, it allows the elimination of high-end, high cost testing. But if you're a startup business, you can't afford that. So this is a springboard. This is a facility to allow businesses to take advantage of the really high value tools with a very low cost of entry. The range of customers who've been able to take benefit from this is enormous from people that have medical devices and aerospace through people doing innovative products around personal health care, conventional mechanical products, electrical products, mechatronics. So the suite of tools that is available to those customers is exactly the same as available to big business. So it doesn't matter what they're doing. They can engage in this process and scale up and grow. The startups really gain huge benefits from adoption of the 3d experience platform early in their, in their growth. It brings a structure and a mechanism that's scalable.
