It was very
easy and very streamlined process
To work with.
Solid solutions is not just a support,
it's kind of critical.
I mean, we wouldn't have any of this
without your CAD software platform,
which allows us to turn our creative
thoughts into physical objects,
which can then be 3D printed
and then literally flown
As a non user of SolidWorks.
I found it very easy to jump in
and be able to review things,
measure things,
check things, section things.
We move from sketch up, which works well.
We needed something
that provided a conceptual system
so we could provide customers with an idea
of what they're going to get or buy.
But also need something
that we can produce
production drawings from,
that we could give to our fabricator.
And SketchUp just didn't provide that.
SolidWorks does.
The reason SolidWorks so powerful for us.
Is that because you're going straight
into an environment where you work in 3D,
you're working in like what
the physical object would look like.
This is the size it would be.
You can go straight from that
to something like a 3D printer
and just get it
knocked up in the span of an hour.
We now make use of a lot
more intuitive tools within SolidWorks
is less repeat procedure
instead of starting from fresh
every time we'll start from
sort of a pre developed project.
Less of the nitty gritty, more
of the focus that is dedicated to project.
Solid solutions.
We're able to come out,
give us a trial that really cemented
what we already kind of felt
that we wanted to get on this road.
The support
that we got from Solid Solutions.
So there were times
when we had across issues that
we could be able to just reach out
to people and find a quick solution.
That worked
well for us was very powerful as well.
So the solution support team very helpful.
Whenever there's an issue with the system
or something
that you're wanting to do that
you don't understand how to do,
it can get straight onto and support team
and they're very knowledgeable.
Straight back to you with the answers.
One of the things that we've relied on
over the years is solid solutions’s
Knowledge about which machines
are capable of running solid works
properly.
There's nothing worse
than having a machine that just can't
quite deliver what you know, the software
should be able to be able to do.
Because I can't imagine a world
without a count system
to be able to support the printing process
that allows us to build what we build.
