Speaker 1: Business transformation is the engagement that we will undertake with our customers to ensure that we deliver a suitable solution based on their requirements and help transform their business and encouraging them to, grow as a business and increase the, products that they're developing to improve product quality and to create a single source of truth. When a customer undertakes the journey with us, we can ensure that we're aligned as to businesses to make sure that we're delivering the correct solution for them. From that we can then start to deliver things like improved product quality, a single source of truth through the 3DEXPERIENCE platform that can help deliver benefits to the customer such as improved product quality, shorter time to market and a reduced development cycle. So the process that we undertake with the customer starts off with a number of interviews and workshops with departments and the key heads and influences for those that allows us to understand the existing businesses, processes and practices. From that we can identify a number of areas where they're perhaps deficient or could make vast improvements. We then take that, that information from those workshops and review a number of technological solutions. From there, we create a report, provide that back to the customer so they can see key areas where they can start to make those improvements through the solutions that we've proposed. I don't think a customer ever truly will I do believe that there's still education required because if you speak to individual departments, they will identify a tool set that they need. However, by looking at multiple departments within that business, you can identify the, actually they need a business transformation project and aligning the tool sets across different departments. So with, with my customers, some of the key issues I'm seeing them facing these days are the demands to reduce emissions by aircraft and to reduce the time to market the production, as well as making sure that the aircraft itself is lighter. Again, having an impact on the emissions that the aircraft output. So by going through a business transformation project with our aerospace customers, we're able to start delivering solutions such as simulation and generative design to allow them to look at ways to reduce weight and in turn the emissions of the aircraft.
