Before adopting SOLIDWORKS Simulation, designs were over-engineered with large safety factors, relying on hand calculations and drawings. Communicating solutions to approval bodies was challenging. Simulation now enables clear visualisation and detailed reports, making it easier to explain designs—even to non-engineers—while improving efficiency and accuracy.
