With a background spanning technical consultancy, support leadership, product management and professional services, Wayne is responsible for helping customers successfully implement and maximise the value of SOLIDWORKS PDM and related engineering data management solutions. Having progressed from SOLIDWORKS Elite Applications Engineer to leading the company's professional services function, he combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of the people, processes and business challenges involved in digital transformation projects. Wayne is also a Certified SOLIDWORKS Expert (CSWE) and is passionate about helping engineering teams improve efficiency, collaboration and control of their product data.

Ryan McCarthy is the ENOVIA Product Manager at TriMech Enterprise Solutions, specialising in product lifecycle management (PLM), engineering data management and the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform. With more than a decade of experience supporting manufacturers and engineering organisations, Ryan helps businesses improve collaboration, data governance and digital processes across the product development lifecycle. Having held roles spanning applications engineering, technical consultancy, support leadership and regional technical management, he combines deep technical expertise with a practical understanding of the challenges organisations face when adopting enterprise engineering solutions. Graham Stephenson is a Senior Solutions Consultant at Solid Solutions with more than 20 years of experience helping engineering organisations adopt and maximise the value of SOLIDWORKS and associated product development technologies. With a background in mechanical engineering and extensive expertise spanning CAD, simulation, PDM and technical pre-sales, Graham works closely with manufacturers to identify the right solutions for their design and engineering challenges. Having held roles including Applications Engineer, Technical Pre-sales Manager and Senior Solutions Consultant, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge and industry insight to every customer engagement.
